Sometimes, other plugins clash with our plugins and when you disable them, the issue goes. In which case, the issue is with the conflicting plugin. Sometimes it’s our plugin, but we do try our best to stick the WordPress coding standards. In addition to plugins, there are a lot of themes out there which have been coded terribly and they can sometimes break functionality. Please tick this box if you’ve disabled all the other plugins and activated a default theme and issue still exists.
